Ending Prayer (Transformed through the Journey)

 Dear Lord,

We come to you today with grateful hearts, thankful for the journey of transformation that we are on. We know that transformation is a powerful and ongoing process, and we ask for your guidance and support as we continue on this journey.

Help us to let go of our old identities and to embrace change, even when it is difficult. Give us the courage to take risks and to make sacrifices, knowing that you are with us every step of the way.

Teach us to be patient and persistent, and to have faith in ourselves and in you. We know that transformation takes time, and we trust that you will help us to navigate the ups and downs of this journey with grace and wisdom.

Thank you for your love and your presence in our lives. We pray that we may continue to be transformed from one degree of glory to another, becoming closer to our true selves and to you.
