We come before You today with humble hearts, seeking Your grace and mercy. Your Word in Colossians 3:13 reminds us to bear with each other and forgive one another, just as You have forgiven us through Jesus Christ. Lord, we acknowledge that we fall short and struggle with forgiveness, but we know that with Your strength, we can overcome.
Lord, we ask that You fill our hearts with compassion and understanding. Help us to see others as You see them, as Your beloved children. Soften our hearts where there is hardness, and heal our wounds where there is pain. Teach us to forgive those who have hurt us, just as You have forgiven our sins.
Father, unleash the power of forgiveness within us. Break the chains of bitterness and resentment that hold us back. Replace them with love, peace, and joy. Help us to forgive not only with our words but with our actions, showing true forgiveness through kindness and patience.
Lord, we pray for the courage to seek forgiveness from those we have wronged. Give us the humility to admit our mistakes and the wisdom to make amends. Let Your Holy Spirit guide us in these moments, providing the right words and actions to restore broken relationships.
Father, we thank You for the ultimate example of forgiveness in Jesus Christ. His sacrifice on the cross shows us the depth of Your love and mercy. May His example inspire us to forgive others, no matter how difficult it may be.
