Closing Prayer (Humility: Journeying to Strength)

Heavenly Father,

As we gather before You today, we are grateful for Your presence and Your teachings. Your Word in Proverbs 11:2 reminds us that with humility comes wisdom. We thank You for the lessons You have imparted to us about the importance of humility on our journey towards strength.

Lord, we confess that we often forget the lessons we have learned. We ask for Your forgiveness for the times when pride has crept into our hearts and clouded our understanding. Help us to truly grasp the depth of humility and its transformative power in our lives.

Grant us the grace to embody humility in all that we do. May we walk in the footsteps of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death on the cross. Teach us to serve one another with love and compassion, putting others before ourselves.

Lord, as we seek to remember and apply what we have learned about humility, we pray for Your Holy Spirit to guide us. Open our eyes to see opportunities where we can practice humility each day—whether in our relationships, our work, or our communities.

Help us to celebrate the accomplishments of others without envy or comparison. May we always give You the glory for our own achievements, knowing that every good thing comes from You.

Father, remind us daily of the value of humility as we strive for strength. May it be a foundational virtue in our lives, shaping our character and drawing us closer to You.

Thank You, Lord, for Your patience and steadfast love. May Your Word continue to be a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
